RN, BSN, IBCLC
Beth Ricciuti is a Pittsburgher, born and raised. She earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing at Indiana University of PA.
In college, she knew that breastfeeding was her passion. She followed the advice of advisors and obtained experience in the Adult Medical/Surgical field, then went on to do case management in pediatrics and obstetrics. Beth’s passion for breastfeeding was re-ignited after the birth of her first child. She became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2011 while nursing her youngest.
Beth credits her success breastfeeding all three of her children to her incredibly understanding and supportive husband, the assistance of the lactation consultants at Mercy Hospital, and the guidance of Dr. Nancy Brent, the Breastfeeding Center’s formal Medical Director.
When not busy being a mom, Beth enjoys reading, baking, and various craft projects such as quilting and crocheting.
